Monofloral Manuka

This honey is harvested and produced in the pristine Marlborough Sounds environment. It predominantly contains honey from the native Manuka Tree, leptospermum scoparium and meets the MPI definition for Monofloral Manuka Honey. Guaranteed to contain at least 115mg/kg of methylgloxal. It has got a medium strength floral flavour with a slightly sharp aftertaste.
